11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, you will lose access to our services, but you retain ownership of your data, which we will provide in a standard format upon request.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
